Description

We present a unified subquark model of the Nambu--Jona-Lasinio type in a simpler version without the Higgs scalar. Quarks and leptons are formed through six-fermion interactions. The effective theory for composites coincides with the standard model with the physical Higgs field set to zero. The coupling constants and the masses of the composites are expressed in terms of quantities in the subquark dynamics. We can adjust them in a realistic way. This model dynamically realizes the mechanism to keep the composite fermions naturally light via chiral symmetry of the subquarks
