Change of composition and properties of radioactive pulps in the process of long-term storage in reservoirs

Description
Using chemical and physicochemical methods samples of radioactive pulps taken from different in height levels of storage reservoir are studied. It is shown that in the process of long-term storage formation of difficultly soluble mineral phases takes place and forms of radionuclide states change. Different variants of such wastes processing are considered. Necessity of different approaches to processing of the pulps taken from upper and bottom layers is shown

С использованием химических и физико-химических методов изучены радиоактивные пульпы, извлеченные с разных по высоте уровней емкости-хранилища. Показано, что в процессе хранения происходит образование труднорастворимых минеральныз фаз и изменяется форма нахождения радионуклидов. Рассмотрены различные варианты переработки таких отходов. Показана необходимость различных подходов при переработке пульп, извлеченных из верхнего и нижнего слоев хранилищаAdditional details
