Study on angular distribution of photoelectron emission at three-photon ionization of Ba atoms
Description
The paper presents an investigation in the angular distribution of photoelectrons produced as a result of Ba atoms ionization. Atoms were excited via two-photon process of linear polarized laser radiation on Ba atom 6p2(1S0) state dyes. The same laser radiation was used to ionize this state. The approximation of experimentally derived angular dependence of electron signal value which corresponds to the basic ion state allowed to obtain a parameter to describe anisotropy of photoelectron emission angular distribution. 12 refs.; 2 figs
