Short-time dynamics of atomic pairs in dense fluids

  • 1. Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Florence (Italy). Lab. di Elettronica Quantistica

Description

The relative motion of atomic pairs in the dense fluids is investigated in the short-time regime both theoretically and by computer experiments. It is discussed how previous descriptions of the time-dependent distribution functions must be modified in order to account for the dynamical effects of the interactions. (orig.)
