Description
The authors adopt orderly IPN method to prepare core-shell structure acrylate emulsion copolymer latexes P(BA-MMA)/P(EA-AA-NMA), and investigate the influence of the polymerization initiation, monomer proportion and NMA function radical on the particle core-shell structure and properties. The results showed that the emulsion copolymer latexes P(BA-MMA)/P(EA-AA-NMA) with clear interface and complete homogeneous phase separation can be emerged by radiation polymerization. Correspondingly, the tensile strength, extension ratio, water pressure resistance and stability of the film showed much improvement
