Personnel training at the Mochovce nuclear power plant
Description
The system of Mochovce NPP personnel training practised during the 10 years of operation of the Mochovce-1 reactor unit is described. Highlighted are the most important training efforts which contributed to the maintaining and improving of the qualification and skills of the operators, maintenance personnel and personnel providing technical support to the plant operation. Training on a plant simulator is an important component of the training efforts. (orig.)
