System of life-long education of personnel of nuclear power facilities

The main targets are summed up of the research project ''System of life-long education in nuclear power and the training of maintenance personnel of nuclear power facilities''. The Research Institute of Nuclear Power Plants at Trnava, Czechoslovakia, is in charge of this research. Organizational forms and legal support have to be found for the implementation and control of the process of gaining and increasing professional qualification and of re-qualification of nuclear power plant personnel and of postgraduate tests for checking the professional competence of staff at selected posts. The procedure is briefly described used to determine which posts should be subject to life-long education. (Z.M.). 1 ref
