Paramagnetic Cu2+ centers in YBa2Cu3Ox samples with different degrees of orthorhombicity

Description
Results of investigations into ESR in singlephase YBa2Cu3O6 samples with different orthorhombicity parameters are presented. It is shown that the change of sample orthorhombicity degree leads to radical changes in paramagnetic center type. At the same time the superconducting transition temperature change takes place only if a contact of localized Cu2+ moments with zonal electrons occurs
