Review of massive dilepton production in proton nucleus collisions
Description
Recent experiments on production of lepton pairs in proton-nucleus collisions at large effective dilepton mass are reviewed. Production of lepton pairs with masses above the J/psi and psi' region (m > = 4 GeV/c2) is discussed in terms of continuum dilepton production. Experimental setups are briefly described, and production cross sections are shown. 13 figures
