Description
In this article the concrete design of self-developed high-accuracy X fluorogenic analysis instrument and its application in the archaeological studies has been introduced. The instrument has adopted new electric refrigeration Si-PIN semiconductor detector and radioisotope source. Without having liquid nitric cooling condition, it can realize the on-the-spot measurement to the sample, and the measurement can finish at least 5 kinds even reach more than ten kinds of elements' qualitative and quantitative determination at the same time. Its analysis result is clear and the precision of its analysis can be up to 2%-10%. (authors)
