Installation for testing materials under volumetric stress state

Description

An istallation is described to test tubular specimens of materials under conditions of the volumetric stress state. The stress state is caused by intrinsic and ambient pressures and independent axial compressive force. All efforts are transmitted through hydraulic pumps. The installation is designed for pressure up to 1000 MPa. Certain results of tests obtained during operation of the installation are presented
