Summarizing progress report of radioactivity measurements after the nuclear accident at Chernobyl during May 1-12, 1986
Description
This report contains measurements of the environmental impact in the Netherlands of the reactor accident at Chernobyl, April 26, 1986. The monitoring was carried out on behalf of the Dutch government. Transport and precipitation of the radioactivity emitted in the USSR, are considered. Measurements are presented of the radioactivity in the Dutch environment, in the food chain and in products. Radiation exposure of man is also discussed. (G.J.P.)
