Specific features of phase formation in nanosized Fe-W compositions

Description
Nanosized compositions of different structure in the Fe-W system prepared by the method of joint reduction in hydrogen flow of a mechanical mixture of oxygen-containing compounds of iron and tungsten were studied. Low-temperature phase formation occurring in the process of reduction was analyzed by the methods of the Moessbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Influence of nonequilibrium character of reduction process in hydrogen flow and of initial concentration of the mixture reduced on stoichiometry and specific features of the structure of nanocrystal phases formed is discussed

Исследованы наноразмерные композиции различного состава в системе Fe-W, полученные методом совместного восстановления в токе водорода механической смеси кислородсодержащих соединений железа и вольфрама. Происходящие в процессе восстановления низкотемпературное фазообразование проанализировано методами мессбауэровской спектроскопии и рентгеновской дифракции. Обсуждено влияние неравновесности процесса восстановления в токе водорода и исходной концентрации восстанавливаемой смеси на стехиометрию и особенности структуры образующихся нанокристаллических фазAdditional details
