Radiation applications in medicine as well as all other civilisation caused radiation exposure are subject to regulation anchored radiation protection standards. Accordingly also these radiation applications must ensure, by structural, technical equipment and organisational radiation protection measures that neither personnel nor individual members of the public are subjected to inadmissible doses.
