Slow neutron scattering by o-pH2(p-oD2) crystals into in external radiation field
Description
Slow neutron scattering by the molecular o-pH2 (p - oD2) crystals into an external periodic radiation field in a low-temperature ordered phase is investigated by the S matrix method using the method of generalized cumulative expansions developed for this case. Calculated is the probability of neutron scattering in the case of arbitrary periodic interaction of the radiation field with the crystal. It is shown that the neutron scattering spectrum contains additional lines at frequencies multiple to the frequency of the crystal external excitation by the radiation field
