Description
This article discusses the complex formation of copper (II) with 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole in the medium of 6 mol/l HCl. Complex formation of copper (II) with 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole in the medium of 6 mol/l HCl has been studied by means of potentiometric titration method. The composition has been determined and stepwise constants of complex formation have been calculated. It has been shown that with temperature increasing the stability of complexes decreases. The values of thermodynamic functions of complex formation process have been estimated. (author)
