It is tried to show the systematic connection between the new regulations and the existing radiation protection regulations. The present legal situation is briefly discussed and also the stipulations of the Radiation Protection Ordinance draft from the view of the designer. (HP)

Es wird versucht, den systematischen, die neuen Vorschriften motivierenden Zusammenhang mit den uebrigen dem Strahlenschutz dienenden Vorschriften aufzuzeigen.
