Creators

Description
In 20 patients referred for renal angiography, series were obtained, 30 s., 3 and 10 min. (control) after administration of 0.5 μg. of angiotensin into the selective arterial catheter, 30 s. after angiotensin there was decreased renal volume, decreased renal blood flow, unchanged arterial diameters but narrower veins. The vascular resistance was increased. The diagnostics in neoplasms and cysts were not improved. Angiotensin administration cannot replace a well performed standard renal angiography. (orig.)
