Description
In autoradiography the specimen is radiation source, and the image results from the distribution of radiation emanating from the source. The photographic emulsion method is the most common detector in biological research. The goal of this chapter is to provide background information to expedite understanding and interpretations of the primary scientific literature dealing with autoradiography.
