Requirements for the quality assurance of design, planning and construction for power plants

Description
One of the main points of effective quality planning and quality assurance are the organizational conditions. The basic foundation is a development organization with a clear definition of tasks and responsibilities as well as determination of the information flow. Here the dividing of the tasks is to be carried out in a manner where the number of transitions - in particular error-critical transitions - between the individual organization units are minimized. Einer der wesentlichsten Punkte einer wirksamen Qualitaetsplanung und Qualitaetssicherung sind die organisatorischen Voraussetzungen. Grundlage ist eine Ablauforganisation mit eindeutiger Abgrenzung von Aufgaben und Zustaendigkeiten sowie Festlegung des Informationsflusses. Dabei ist die Aufgabenteilung so durchzufuehren, dass die Anzahl von Schnittstellen - vor allem fehlerkritische Schnittstellen - zwischen einzelnen Organisationseinheiten minimiert werden.
