Description
JRR-4 was renewal for enrichment reducing, and new medical irradiation facility for BNCT was installed in 1997. The facility was designed for thermal neutron with intra-operative BNCT and epithermal neutron BNCT. First patient irradiation was performed on October 25, 1999 after characterization measurements.
