Description

A first set of sheets addresses climate change and more particularly warnings made by the IPCC on the climate risk: consequences of climate change at the world level, potential impact in France, solution to be brought. The second set addresses renewable heat and more particularly heat networks as a way to accelerate energy transition: definition of a heat network, an efficient vector to deliver green heat, an ideal tool to struggle against climate change and to improve air quality. The third set addresses energy transition and more particularly the reasons for a reduction of energy consumption: a lever against climate change, a focus on the building sector, the reduction of energetic expenses. The fourth set addresses renewable and recovery energies and more particularly the de-carbonation of heat production: the mobilisation of renewable and recovery energies in heat production. The next set addresses energy poverty as a societal fact: data and means of struggle against energy poverty. Renewable and recovery energy is then addressed and more particularly the unavoidable and recovery heat: use and sources, benefits, examples of application. The next set of sheets addresses the reduction of the energy expense through aids to energy savings: direct aids, tax advantages, other aids. The next part addresses the ecological transition by addressing how to make energy savings for individual heating: alternate solutions, the importance of maintenance. The next part addresses the relationship between green growth and jobs: sources of employment, investments related to energy transition. The next sheets address cold networks as a mean to accelerate energy transition: definition, lever for energy and environmental efficiency, an underestimated mean in France. The last set of sheets addresses ecological taxation and the carbon value: the issue of the reason for and level of carbon price, the carbon tax and the energy transition, taxes and their allocation.
