In order to set up the long-range Netherlands Research and Development Programme for Solar Energy and Photovoltaic Conversion (NOZ-pv, abbreviated in Dutch) the Netherlands Agency for Energy and Environment (Novem) needs insight into the current position and perspectives of the solar energy market. In this report the results of an analysis of the Dutch market for photovoltaic (PV) energy are presented and recommendations to solve weaknesses and to use strengths of the Dutch PV-industry are formulated. 11 refs
