Description

The results on resistive transition broadening in perpendicular magnetic field for superconducting Pb Te/Pb S superlattices are reported. In the region of small resistivity the superconducting transitions follow the Arrhenius law, and the dependence of activation energy on magnetic field (U ∝ H-1/2) is similar to that obtained for high - Tc compounds with Bi and Tl. Another correlations in the R (T,H) behavior for the above two systems are also considered. The activation energies of the magnetic flux creep in the Pb Te/Pb S superlattices with different superstructure periods are estimated and compared to those of high-Tc systems. It is shown that the HTSC properties may be simulated by using exotic Pb Te/Pb S superlattices
