Description

The aim of the paper is to show that EAS density spectrum calculated with provision for experimental data on the EAS spectrum from the number of particles and on the function of the spatial distribution of charged particled agrees with the observed spectrum of the EAS densities. The calculation of the density spectrum was performed on the following assumptions. A differential spectrum obtained at the Moscow university complex facility and confirmed in other works was used as the EAS spectrum according to the number of particles. Density rho of the charged particle flow was taken to equal (N/r12)f(r), where the f(r) function describing the transverse distribution of particles in a shower was considered to be independent of N in a wide range with respect to the number of particles
