Dispersionless atomic emission spectroscopy with excitation in microwave plasma
Creators
Description
A method of atomic-emission spectral analysis with dispersionless recording of emission radiation has been developed. Preliminary gas-chromatographic separation of volatile hydrides of elements being determined (Ge, Pb, As, Te, etc.) serves as a monochromator in the method. Tellurium detection limit in the sample is 0.8 ng/g, limits of contents being determined are 1x10-3-5x10-7%. To test analytical potentialities of the method, standard coal and plant samples were analyzed. Compliance of the determined contents with certification data is shown
