Description

The goal of our research is synthesis and physico-chemical properties also biological activity research of some metals coordination compounds with organic ligands. As known, hydrazones are highly prospective polydentate ligands, which are very interesting in terms of complex producing with metals. Also of great interest to them is the fact that hydrazones are characterized by high physiological activity. Hydrazone molecules contain a high-activity azomethine group, hydrazide remainder and some heterocycles. This is what them makes polydentate. They are characterized by activity against TB, sarcoma, various malignancies, becouse, the synthesis of their complexes is so important and actually, with the Metals of Life, Such as cobalt, nickel, zinc, copper, etc. That is why the synthesis of less toxic new coordination compounds with the medicinal products is of great importance.
