From 24 to 26 June 2014, 26 participants from 15 countries were given an overview on options for the safe management of disused sealed radioactive sources of categories 3 to 5 at an interregional training course held in Podgorica, Montenegro. Topics included the life cycle of sources, categorization and technical procedures for conditioning.
