Description

As one of the main hydrothermal alteration types in granite-type uranium deposits, chlorite has several kinds which can be used to deduce its forming environment. In this paper, microscope and electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) were employed to study the chemical composition. The chlorite was believed mainly to be daphnite, ripidolite which are formed in the acid hydrothermal process of low-moderate temperature. (authors)
