TLD-700 gamma measurements in mixed neutron-gamma radiation fields

Neutron and gamma ray personnel dosimetry intercomparison studies have been conducted at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory using the Health Physics Research Reactor for more than a decade. The TLD-700 dosemeter is the most used gamma dosemeter in these mixed field studies. Performance data for the TLD-700 dosemeters under a wide variety of irradiation conditions are presented and analysed. Conclusions about the performance of the TLD-700 dosemeters are presented.
