IAEA sponsored international comparison of benchmark measurements and calculations

Description

The results of discussions concerning the benchmarks which should be included in the intercomparison and the responsibilities of the IAEA are summarized. Two types of benchmarks were discussed: a calculational benchmark intended to intercompare and validate different neutron transport codes, such as experimental benchmark that would allow comparison of the experimental techniques used in different laboratories
