Oxygen isotopic exchange in system O2(g) -YBa2Cu3O7-δ(ceramics, film)

Description
Kinetics of isotopic heteroexchange of oxygen between high-Tc superconductors (ceramics and film of the YBa2Cu3O7-δ composition) and gaseous oxygen enriched with 18O was studied. On the basis of the data obtained the conclusion was made that at 700 degC kinetics of isotopic exchange of oxygen in the given system was mainly determined by the first order exchange reaction on the surface of high-Tc material and its limiting stage - dissociative adsorption-desorption of oxygen; at 450 degC oxygen diffusion in solid phase also plays a certain role
