Nonleptonic decays of 1/2+-baryons and pseudo-connected-line diagrams, 2

Description
Structures of the effective Hamiltonian describing B(1/2+, 20') → B(1/2+, 20') + P(0-, 15) are investigated in case of 15-spurion dominance. It is shown that the duality requirement imposed on connected-line diagrams with 4- and 4*-lines (''4* rule'') is consistently applied to lead to favourable amplitudes of P- as well as S-waves of ordinary hyperon decays.
