Paper describes the results of mathematical simulation of deformation of graphite columns in the RBMK reactor under transverse load with regard to the contact stresses. One describes a mathematical model of deformation process. According to the comparison of the obtained results with the experimental data the mentioned model needs refinement

Описываются результаты расчетного моделирования деформирования графитовых колонн в реакторе РБМК при поперечной нагрузке с учетом контактных напряжений. Описывается математическая модель процесса деформирования. Сравнение полученных результатов с экспериментальными показало, что разработанная модель нуждается в уточнении
