Non-budgetary expenditure under section 06 27, non-budget item 681 11 - expenditure for indemnification according to the Fair Compensation Directive of June 2, 1986
Description
The German Federal Government announces non-budgetary funds made available up to a total of DM 90 millions, for compensation to be paid for reasons of equity, in compliance with the Fair Compensation Directive (vegetables) of June 2, 1986. The money will be used for the most part to pay compensation for losses incurred by vegetable gardeners, for a minor part to compensate for losses by vegetable dealers. (orig./HP)
Abstract (German)
Die Bundesregierung leistet nach der Richtlinie fuer Entschaedigungen unter Billigkeitsgesichtspunkten wegen Einbussen bei bestimmten Gemuesearten eine weitere ausserplanmaessige Ausgabe bis zur Hoehe von 47 Mio. DM. Damit stehen, nachdem bereits 43 Mio. DM ausserplanmaessig bewilligt worden sind, insgesamt 90 Mio. DM zur Verfuegung, die zum groessten Teil auf die Entschaedigungen der Gemuesebauern, zum kleinen Teil auf die Entschaedigungen der Gemuesehaendler entfallen. (orig./HP)Additional details
