Quantitative phase analysis of deformed (α+β)-titanium alloys with account of straingth polar figures

Description

A method is described for quantitative phase analysis of deformed (α+β) - titanium alloys with acount of the straight polar figures (PF). Sheets of the VT-14 alloy are investigated after industrial rolling and further cold rolling down to E=80% over thickness the powder prepared by filing and annealed in vacuum at 400 deg C during 30 min is also investigated. It is shown that the phase analysis of deformed (α+β)-titanium alloys could be caried out with strict account of the texture from the straight PF of α- and β-phases
