Estimate of InAs melting point by the quantitative thermography method

Description

A comparative analysis has been made of the values of the heat and entropy of InAs melting, data cited in literatur. The heat of InAs melting has been determined by quantitative thermography with statistical processing of the experimental data. The experimentally obtained value of the heat of InAs melting agrees well with the value calculated from the entropy of melting with due regard for the vacancy concentration
