Description

Problems of the thermocouple casing quality and reliability are considered in relation with their employment in nuclear reactors. Factors having impact on the thermocouple measuring accuracy and long term operation have been analyzed. Specific requirements have been identified to guarantee the optimal conditions for the empoyment of thermocouples in cases in PWRs
