Description
Along with the research and development of some radioligands, PET had play an important role in the researches on receptor-related, especially for gamma-aminobutyricacid receptor, acetylcholine receptor, glutamic acid receptor, dopamine receptor and opioid receptor, et al. In this review, the advances of researches on the receptor-related changes and PET were summarized, so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment on epilepsy. (authors)
