Study of own defects nature in CdGa2S4 polycrystal films
Description
Isochronous and isothermal annealing of defects responsible for impurity photoconductivity, optical suppression of photoconductivity and dark conduction in polycrystal films of cadmium thiogallate was studied. Three stages of isochronous annealing of defects determining film properties are ascertained and models of the processes that occur as a result are suggested. Energy position and recombination parameters of sensitizing centers are determined.5 refs., 3 figs
