The tenth edition of Legal Series No. 3 contains agreements registered up through 31 December 1988. The book is divided into three parts. Part 1 consists of a chronological list, by date of entry into force, of all agreements registered with the Agency. Part II is a new section devoted to five major multilateral agreements for which the Agency is the depository. Three of these agreements have been concluded and entered into force after the last edition was published, namely the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident, the Convention for the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material and the Convention on Assistance in the Case of a Nuclear Accident or Radiological Emergency.
