Description
Currently in Russia there are several interrelated energy problems, their solution being able to grant a significant effect for the national economy. The problems are: utilization of nuclear submarines (NS), either decommissioned or taken out of service; rational use of power engineering facilities on board of ships, vessels and NS; construction of stationary facilities, including nuclear ones, on their basis for electrogenerator drives; employment of ship's steam-turbine power engineering facilities for mobile power plants in regions that do not have centralized power supply
