Description
Optical and luminescent properties of microcrystalline hafnium dioxide powder have been studied. It has been established by X-ray diffraction that the samples under study have a monoclinic crystal lattice. Based on the study of diffuse reflectance spectra, the band gap was estimated to be Eg=5.35±0.05 eV. The presence of luminescence at 2.55 eV in the photoluminescence spectra indicates the presence of optically active centers based on oxygen vacancies

Исследованы оптические и люминесцентные свойства микрокристаллического порошка диоксида гафния. Методом рентгеновской дифракции установлено, что исследуемые образцы обладают моноклинной кристаллической решёткой. На основе исследования спектров диффузного отражения сделана оценка ширины запрещённой зоны Eg=5.35±0.05 эВ. Присутствие в спектрах фотолюминесценции свечения 2.55 эВ указывает на наличие оптически активных центров на базе вакансий кислородаAdditional details
