Effects of dynamical diffraction in the method of X-ray standing waves
Description
Specific features of emission of secondary radiation accompanying X-ray diffraction in various geometries have been analyzed. It is shown that the Borrmann and Pendellosung effects well known in X-ray diffraction manifest themselves in different forms depending on the type of the secondary radiation, diffraction geometry, and coherence conditions. 53 refs., 19 figs
