Electronic structure of zirconium dioxide in cubic phase

Description
Energetic zone structure of zirconium dioxide in cubic phase was obtained with the use of the method of linearized MT-orbitals. Equilibrium value of lattice parameters was determined on the basis of calculation of its PV-diagram. Interpretation of L3-emission spectrum of zirconium in analyzed compound was conducted
