Superexchange interaction in A2 B6-based semi magnetic semiconductors

Description
In this report Mn2+, Fe2+ and Co2+ ions in the ground state in the presence of crystalline field Td symmetry are considered. Superexchange interaction is performed via S, Se, Te ions. Theoretical calculations of the superexchange interaction integral JNN have been carried out within the framework of Racah technique. Experimental values of JNN for Cd1-x Fex Te were obtained from the measurement of Faraday rotation temperature dependence
