Description
The preparation of superconducting thin films on substrates by RF cathodes sputtering using unique target is described. Crystalline and conducting thin films were obtained bay heating and polarization. Superconducting thin films with Tc = 6-20 K, were prepared heating substrates at 525 0 C and polarization at -150 V.
