Description
The standard enthalpies of combustion and formation of crystalline 3-alanil-hystidine are calculated. The thermal effects of the dissolution of crystalline 3-alanil-hystidine in water and potassium hydroxide solution at 298.15 K are determined via direct calorimetry. The standard enthalpies of formation of the peptide and the products of its dissociation in water solutions are calculated.
