Theory of impurity states in semiconducting microcrystals

Energy states of the hydrogen-like impurity localized in the center of the micro crystal dispersed in a dielectric matrix, are investigated. The effect of the micro crystal sizes on the 1S, 2S, 2P bound states, taking into account the finiteness of the potential well, is considered. 11 refs
