Vacancy creation in electron irradiated Ni3Al

Description
We study the defect creation in electron irradiated Ni3Al. The complete irradiation experiment was simulated using monte carlo and molecular dynamics techniques. The results are compared with the results from positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. (orig.)
